I really like Selma Blair. Fashion-wise, she’s a risk taker and when she gets it right, she gets it right – Think forthy vintage Chanel at the 2005 MET Costume Institute Gala or the mouth-watering, fuschia-and-orange, colour-blocked Izaac Mizrahi. As a loyal MJ fan, it’s no surprise to see her in this dress from his F/W namesake collection.
As much as I loved the dress on the runway, I think it is “poorly executed”. There is simply too much fabric and despite the busy pattern, it’s a bore. Though she still nabs 3 salt shakers for attempting to do such an un-red carpet, red carpet dress.
By that, I mean its not slashed to the thigh, done in bright satin, and topped off with a generous serving of cleavage. *Takes cover from Hallie Berry*

Maybe she just needs a flashy belt.
