What to Wear Now: Out in the City


It may just be me, but it seems like this is a busy time of the year. Whether it’s planning for the summer, finishing school, or following the Britney saga, it’s not a time to fall behind on things. To tackle the world, start with this bow-printed shirt from Topshop (www.topshop.com) that reminds me of the ’smoking hand’ shirt Marc showed in NY for fall. With everyone talking about the ballerina, wear this bubble skirt high on the waist (www.gap.com) and some metallic jazz shoes for getting around quick times. Besides, with this much leg, even the fingerless could hail a cab. Finally, for the ultimate in sportif luxury, a Prada knapsack seems most apt.
