Slightly deranged and nutty, but so was Ms. Bradshaw. While Lovely played up Parker’s sweet personality, the marketing team behind Covet seems to be tapping into the consumer insight: The public can’t get enough of Carrie Bradshaw. So while Sex and the City may be over, you can still live vicariously through this unabashedly neurotic - and consumeristic - perfume.

agreed. as poised as Parker may be, it’s Bradshaw that’s bankable. the ad execs definitely knew what they were doing. SJP in Lovely ads was.. well.. lovely. a ballerina-esque slew of photographs that compelled me to sketch them.. but didnt intrigue me as far as the product was concerned. SJP for Covet however, in a stunning Lacroix gown and Louboutin heels cries CARRIE!! and makes you want to covet her [no matter how low the income] high priced wardrobe and lifestyle.
i liked the ad so much even making a presentation about it!:)
me too ! i’m using her ad, for my english speech “advertisement”.
The perfume is amazing.
