Reports are surfacing that Miss Moss was high during her now iconic romp at the Oxford Topshop store in London. Take a look at the video and decide for yourself. She certainly does look restless. Then again, I suppose you would too if you were thrust behind a glass wall with thousands of screaming fashionables peeking in.
