Stacy Bendet of Alice + Olivia will be designing a line of shoes for Payless. The line is expected to be available in 2008 and will be sold in both Payless stores and Alice + Olivia boutiques. Frankly, I’ve long considered Payless a hidden gem for women’s footwear – don’t get me started on the men’s – but this news spurs me to think it may be grazing the radar soon enough.
Iman is the new host of Canadian Project Runway. Quite the nab, if I say so myself. Next to Daria Werbowy, it’s one of Canada’s only notable fashion feats. And yes, I make that statement having considered the Caten brothers.

I’ve never been able to find something I like a payless. I know tons of people who do, but I can’t bring myself to get something. Nothing is just right. And don’t get me started on where they are made. I don’t get along with chinese made shoes, they break very quickly on me.
