RESORT 2010 RAVES: HELMUT LANG, RAG & BONE

I covet these looks from the Rag & Bone (Below) and Helmut Lang (Bottom) Resort 2010 collections. Spring/Summer, Pre-Fall, Fall, Resort, blah blah blah; I wish we could just do away with seasons and the commercial cycle of fashion, but until then, clothes like these will help keep my purist whining at bay…

(Above Left) I’m feeling the drop-crotch pant with a sliver of ankle showing above the boot. (Above Right) The pants are the highlight of this layered outfit.

(Above Left) Nothing beats a dress with a cool print, it-ends-WHERE? hem and longer sleeves. (Above Right) Every girl (and some boys) should have a sheer, raggedy grey t-shirt.

I have one that looks similar to the Lang tee, save an enormous rip by the collar band, which hangs down like an attached necklace. It’s an instant antidote to looking too dressed up, and makes nighttime accessories and shoes wearable for day.
