Sometimes, there’s something really cool you want to tell your friends about, but the name of it is so questionable that you say, “umm…I can’t remember…It’s really great though, hmmm…” rather than say it. I’d imagine the entire board at Bananas Mambo in Paris feels that way whenever someone asks what agency they’re with. At any rate, their “New Faces” board is that perfect combination of sex, creepiness, and man-boyishness that casting directors* love.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s Max Barreau (Above Left) as an amputee. Wiktor H. (Above Right) is all sorts of new wave.
Yuri (Above Left) and Jethro Cave (Above Right) have both been getting good exposure, but we’ll have to wait to determine the longevity factor. I doubt Jethro will have any trouble, as celebrity-indie-spawn (Alice Dellal or, uh Pixie Geldof, anyone?) rarely do…
