It’s officially campaign season again with Spring/Summer 2010 advertising campaigns coming in thick and fast. Our latest favourite is Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign. Playing true to Riccardo Tisci’s graphic fashion design, the campaign is boldly black and white and stars Mariacarla Boscono and Natalia Vodianova. Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the campaign is simple in the way that there is no airy fairy-ness to it, letting the bold designs shine through.
We must admit, we like! Shame the male models look so odd with their ears poking out so much.
I’m not too crazy about the striped blazer. Feels like I’ve seen those before, wasn’t the whole sailor-stripes look IN 2 summers ago.. However, the busy-print one I love.
