Holy mackerel - that was fast. That collection just showed a week ago!
Natasha Poly did extremely well on the runways in Milan this year, so I’m happy about her nailing an only-girl campaign for a brand like Gucci.
On the other hand - you’re right. I hated the design this season for Gucci; I think Frida is taking the whole brand away from the empire of sexy and expensive chic that Tom Ford built. Her resort and cruise collections had much more coherence than this Spring/Summer one did. Sad.
well like duh! were u living in a cave or wat? FRIDA IS TRYING TO MOVE THE WHOLE GUCCI IMAGE FRM THE ONE TOM FORD CREATED! tom ford’s gucci was the highly sexed-up italian woman made for men to ogle at.
Frida’s gucci is for the strong confident woman who knows wat shes doing and know her sexuality without revealing much.
so after pushing the rock covering yer cave u will see tat the fashion world is applauding frida’s amazing transformation of gucci.
