Tonight is Toronto’s biggest outdoor arts festival of the year, Nuit Blanche. And while it may be too cold to wear to this event, this What to Wear Now is a keeper. Wear the A-line sleeved dress over the tweedy mini, creating a boxy, tone-on-tone effect. A cap toe boot grounds the top-half with a shock of colour and a grey clutch delivers the shine factor. And like every great ensemble, it pokes at the eternal question - what is art?
